Before you can begin provisioning appboxes or invites, products must be added to Kronos first.
Depending on how you configured Kronos(WHMCS billing, or manual billing) the steps may differ.
First, make sure to create the products in WHMCS first, by accessing your WHMCS installation and navigating to;
Add your products here, once finished navigate to Kronos and then;
When creating the product, make sure to set the
'module settings'
to use'module name'
='auto release'
, as well as tick'Do not automatically setup this product'
otherwise auto deployments will not work!
Scroll down to "Products", if your Kronos install is correctly hooked up to WHMCS, you will see your products in the "Product" drop-down menu, add the relevant products.
Once done, you can attach these products to nodes on the Node page, or during the Add Node process
The "Enabled for user-invite" box in the products modal, is for invite based systems(where ordering is not possible, but invite keys are generated and sent instead)
Kronos will only be able to auto-deploy accepted orders in WHMCs, if the order in WHMCs have an invoice attached! If you create orders manually in WHMCs make sure to tick "Create invoice"!
In Kronos, navigate to;
Enable "Manual Products and Billing" then scroll down a bit and add your products here.
